When will my order be shipped?

We strive to ship your order within 48 hours of placement, unless differently mentioned on our website.

Orders made after 1pm on Fridays or during bank holidays will be shipped on the next business day.

During peak periods, such as sales, there may be a slight delay. We will provide confirmation and tracking details as soon as your order is shipped.

Please remember that all orders placed on non-working days will be processed the following business day.

Do you deliver on bank holidays and weekends?

Our delivery schedules do not include weekends or bank holidays. While some of our courier services operate over weekends, which may reduce delivery times, we cannot guarantee weekend delivery.
