At Pop Colors by Lucy G., every ring is a personal signature - hand-crafted with your chosen gemstone, cut, and metal to reflect your unique story. Because these pieces are created specifically for you, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for change-of-mind. 

The Perfect Fit
We want your ring to feel as good as it looks. If you’ve ordered the wrong size, please contact us within 7 days. While we cannot refund the item, we offer to cover One-Time Resizing Service/Exchange costs at your local goldsmith jewellery store - this ensures your ring fits perfect without the hassle of shipping and delays.

Issues & Damages
Your jewellery is "Italian design" and held to the highest standards. Please inspect your ring upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@popcolorsbylucyg.com. We will evaluate the issue and make it right—because your joy is our priority.
