Return Policy (7-Day Window)

You have 7 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible, items must be unworn, unused, in their original condition, and returned in their original packaging.
How to Initiate a Return

Request a Return: Email us at info@popcolorsbylucyg.com within 7 days of receiving your package. Please include your order number and the reason for your return.

Ship the Item: Once your return request is approved, we will provide the return shipping address.

Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot issue refunds for items lost in transit.
Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected at our studio, we will notify you via email regarding the approval of your refund.

Upon approval, your refund will be processed back to your original method of payment within 14 days of us receiving the returned item.
Damages & Incorrect Items Please inspect your ring immediately upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us straight away at info@popcolorsbylucyg.com so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.
